Race week
The Azerbaijan Grand Prix 2026 is held 24–26 September on Baku City Circuit, a 6.003 km street track along the Caspian and through Icherisheher. The race is Saturday 26 September at 11:00 local time. Road closures, hotel availability and GYD congestion are the principal constraints.
Official hospitality may be sourced through partners when the viewing tier is specified. Ground arrangements — residence, vehicles, airport and departure — are the responsibility of this desk.
Four Seasons Baku, Hilton Port Baku and Boulevard properties sit nearest the paddock. Fairmont Flame Towers offers the skyline at a short drive. Absheron villas offer privacy. The villa guide sets out the comparison.
The programme
A typical sequence: private jet or commercial VIP arrival at GYD, transfer to the residence, a second vehicle for staff where required, Thursday practice and Friday qualifying timed to closures, Saturday race positioning, and departure on Sunday 27 September (Remembrance Day).
A named house or Maybach class should be requested five to nine months ahead. Later enquiries remain possible, with a reduced inventory.
- GYD VIP arrival and private jet handling
- Villa or five-star suite with race-week allocation
- Dedicated chauffeur, often two cars
- Circuit, restaurant and night routing around closures
- Optional armor and close protection
Gulf and European guests
A substantial share of race-week clients travel from the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and London. Alcohol-free restaurants, Arabic or Turkish kitchens, prayer-time routing, family villas and ladies’ chauffeur are specified in the opening brief. Azerbaijan is a Muslim-majority, secular country, not a certified-halal, alcohol-free destination.
