Practice
Five-star hotels on the Boulevard remain public buildings. Where privacy is required, a private residence is the appropriate instrument, or a hotel entrance reserved for private arrivals. That decision is taken before landing.
A home-country security manager or family office may join the correspondence. Press is not briefed.
